SCJ: Small Claims Court deadline for document submissions before hearings will change February 22 Effective February 22, 2022, the deadline for parties in Small Claims Court to email documents to staff will change to 10 days before the hearing. This is a change from the current deadline of 3 days before the hearing.

SCJ: Re-Filing of Paper Copies of Documents Not Required When Regular Court Operations Resume As of November 8, 2021, parties in Civil, Family, Divisional and Small Claims Court matters are no longer required to re-file paper copies of documents filed by email once regular court operations resume.
SCJ Toronto: Certification Form to Set Pre-Trial and Trial Dates Now Available Online Only Toronto Civil Trial Office will no longer send parties the Certification Form to Set Pre-Trial and Trial Dates for completion. This form is now available on the SCJ website.
SCJ Toronto: Civil Motion Confirmation Forms Must Include a JSO Filing Number or Verification That Documents were Filed The Superior Court of Justice – Toronto Region states that completed Toronto civil motion confirmation forms must include the JSO filing confirmation number, or verification that court documents were filed in hard copy.
