Virtual Trial Sitting for Civil, Non-Jury Cases The Superior Court of Justice has informed the OBA that the next virtual trial sitting will take place from November 12, 2024 to December 6, 2024, and will target civil, non-jury trials in the Northwest and Southwest regions.

Amendment to Reg. 194 under the Courts of Justice Act (Rules of Civil Procedure), Effective March 11, 2024 O. Reg. 12/24, amends court rules and forms prescribed by the Rules of Civil Procedure (RCP) for civil court proceedings. It eliminates the requirement to file a Form 14F (Information for Court Use) where the Civil Submissions Online portal is used and makes other administrative corrections and changes to the rules and forms.
