The following new notices and updates have been provided by the Court.
Central West Region (Brampton, Milton, Guelph, Orangeville, Walkerton and Owen Sound)
Central West issued a new, comprehensive Notice to the Profession dated September 25, 2020, covering all practice areas heard in that region. It supersedes the prior May 13 and June 25 notices.
Civil motions, including estates matters, will be heard virtually subject to the discretion of the presiding judge.
