The OBA provides a submission to the Minister of Finance regarding pre-budget consultations with individuals and organizations throughout the province.

The OBA wrote to the Law Society to reiterate the OBA’s unequivocal support for the CFRL Report and to identify failures to date in the implementation of the requirement for a Statement of Principles

The OBA provided a submission to the legislative committee considering Bill 84, Medical Assistance in Dying Statute Law Amendment Act, 2017. The Bill amends six acts in response to the Federal Criminal Code amendments and relevant case law dealing with medical assistance in dying ("MAID").
