This is a decision of Justice Simmons of the Ontario Court of Appeal that considers the enforcement of orders dealing with s.7 expenses and insurance policies. Simmons J. dismisses the wife’s appeal and upholds the motion judge’s dismissal of the wife’s motions for a finding of contempt and enforcement of the Order.
