Brief Biography: I am a Canadian Immigration Lawyer and the Global Business Immigration Team Lead at PwC Law LLP. I have been designated as a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Citizenship Law by the Law Society of Ontario and have particular expertise in the areas of compliance, strategic immigration solutions, and immigration processing.

I am a lawyer in good standing with the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association and a member of the Law Society of Ontario. I completed my law degree at Osgoode Hall and am the co-author of a book called Canadian Immigration and Refugee Law: A Practitioners Handbook which is currently in its third edition and distributed by Emond Publishing.

I have leading caselaw before the Federal Court of Canada, have appeared before the Federal Court of Appeal and have obtained one of the largest immigration settlements in the history of one of the law firms at which I worked.

I have appeared on CBC Radio and television, CTV, Rogers TV, CFRB 1010, and CKNW radio as a guest speaker. I have lectured across Canada for various entities such as Western Law School, IMEDA, Federated Press, Professional Development Seminars, the CBA and more. I have also been interviewed for various newspapers and online articles and have taught immigration law at various colleges and law schools across Canada.
