In a tough legal job market, finding a job as a new call may not be easy. Most job postings seek lawyers with at least 2-3 years of experience, and most recruiters are not able to assist new calls in their search. The job search can feel like a roller coaster ride – it definitely felt like one when I was not hired back after articling.
