March Wellness Tips – Inspired by International Women’s Day

Be true to yourself. Embrace the distinct person that you are. Recognize your strengths as well as your weaknesses and find ways to use both your strengths and weaknesses to your advantage.  

Forgive yourself when you falter: Everyone’s been there, everyone’s been stared down, but remember you can always get back up again.

Connect with friends and family: Strengthen your relationships and reach out to them when you need support. Build belonging within your communities and support systems amongst those you care for.

Support other women: Engage in amplification in workplaces and social environments. Mentor girls and encourage boys and men to support women, gender equality and diversity. Build partnerships and allies.
