On May 24th, 2018, the Ontario Bar Association’s Public Sector Law Section presented the OBA Tom Marshall Award for Excellence in Public Sector Law to Orlando Da Silva. Friends, family and colleagues gathered together at Twenty Toronto Street Conferences and Events in honour of Mr. Da Silva and his significant contributions to the profession.
