2020 has been a year of great changes and challenges for the world, and for us as a profession. For civil litigators, the closure of the courts, expansion of technology, and the shift to working from home have all been a challenge and, in some cases it is hoped, an opportunity.
On that note, the Civil Litigation Executive, under new Chair, Justin Nasseri, has decided to revamp and reinvigorate our Insider Newsletter, our main source of communication and connection with our civil litigation colleagues, and our colleagues at the Bar more broadly. In the coming months you will see new content, a new design, and a new emphasis on representing the issues that confront our changing profession. As the editor for 2020/21, I would encourage you to reach out to me directly with ideas, submission, and feedback.
