Update On Ontario Not-For-Profit Corporations Act, 2010

The Ontario Not-For-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (the “ONCA”), which was passed in 2010, was originally scheduled to come into effect on January 1, 2013. However, the new proclamation date is now expected to be July 1, 2013.
