Practicing gratitude has science-backed evidence of how it can increase your well-being and happiness with psychological and physical benefits. The effects last longer than you think: one study had participants write a simple letter of thanks to individuals in their lives, and increased activity in their brains in the areas on understanding the impact of one’s actions lasted even three months afterwards.

At the CCCA Ontario, we have awards to celebrate the work of certain in-house counsel in our community and their impact. But there are many more in-house counsel who have made a difference in our personal careers and lives.

Is there a fellow in-house counsel that helped you that you would like to thank?

We would like to help you have a minute more of happiness today. Upload your message of gratitude here: https://www.oba.org/Sections/Canadian-Corporate-Counsel-Association/The-Gratitude-Post
