A Letter From Your Section Chair

  • September 17, 2019

As the 2019/20 Chair of the OBA's Alternative Dispute Resolution, I'd like to personally invite you to renew your section membership for the upcoming year.

Our section plays an important role in your OBA membership and offers an opportunity for us, as legal professionals and ADR practitioners, to share our experiences, learn from one another, keep up-to-date on important changes in our area of practice and forge lasting relationships that will contribute to our continued success.

As an OBA ADR Section member, you can complete up to 6 of the substantive hours you need for your mandatory CPD requirement, at no charge, with your exclusive access to archived professional development programming with ADR-specific content.

This year, I invite you to join in and have your voice heard by participating in the development of continuing education programs, authoring articles for our section’s web page or by contributing to policy advocacy in the interests of our section and for the profession as a whole.

If you haven't already, please be sure to re-enroll in Sections for the upcoming membership year to make sure you don't miss out on any of this year's exciting initiatives.

I look forward to representing the OBA's Alternative Dispute Resolution this year, and hope to meet you at some of our events.

Sincerely,

Megan Keenberg

Chair, Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Ontario Bar Association, 2019-2020
