The OBA Municipal Law Section is pleased to announce Allan Leibel as the winner of this year’s Award of Excellence in Municipal Law.
Mr. Leibel will be honoured at a dinner reception on Thursday, June 11th at The Omni King Edward Hotel (37 King Street E., Toronto ON).
