Lawyers are leaders in promoting equality and combating injustice. The legal profession has made significant progress, but there is still work to be done in reducing systemic barriers for diverse lawyers. We all have a role to play in creating a more inclusive workplace.

How can you better fulfill your special responsibility to advance equality, diversity, and inclusion under the rules of professional conduct and human rights law? Take part in the Inclusive Leader Series from the OBA.
