Lawyers are leaders in promoting equality and combating injustice. The legal profession has made significant progress, but there is still work to be done in reducing systemic barriers for diverse lawyers. We all have a role to play in creating a more inclusive workplace.

Please join us for a series of one hour discussions focused on practical approaches to diversity and inclusion. This series looks at practical strategies to Inclusion by Design.

By taking part in the Inclusive Leader Series from the OBA, you will be better equipped to fulfill your special responsibility to advance equality, diversity, and inclusion under the LSO’s Rules of Professional Conduct and human rights law.
