Revised Guidelines to Determine Mode of Proceeding in Criminal, Family and Civil, Effective February 1, 2024

The Ontario Bar Association received notification from the Office of the Chief Justice of the SCJ that the Guidelines to Determine Mode of Proceeding in Criminal, Family and Civil have been revised, effective February 1, 2024.

Any changes to regional directions based on the SCJ’s revised Guidelines will be posted as soon as they become available on the OBA’s regional notices and directions page. We will provide further updates.
