SCJ: Changes Made to the Toronto Region Estates List Practice Direction, Including New Email Address for Trial Scheduling

Effective February 22, 2022, housekeeping amendments were made to the Consolidated Practice Direction Concerning the Estates List in the Toronto Region

• indicate a new email address for the Estates Trial Scheduling Office
• provide links to the updated hearing Request Form and Confirmation Form
• specify that leave of the court is required to file a factum that exceeds 25 pages in length, and
• move references to guardianship applications to Part D.
