The Ministry of the Attorney General’s senior executive table (MAG MAG) recently convened to discuss the resumption of in-person operations at several ‘satellite’ court locations across the province.
The Ministry of the Attorney General’s senior executive table (MAG MAG) recently convened to discuss the resumption of in-person operations at several ‘satellite’ court locations across the province.
In line with the readiness verification process, local ministry managers were asked to verify that recommended health and safety measures (made in the site assessment for these courts, and the COVID-19 Precautionary Measures Guidebook, more generally) were in place. Following MAG MAG’s review of the completed verification checklists, the following court locations have been endorsed to resume operations:

- 57 Holland Street East, Bradford (Risk Assessment, Verification Checklist, MAG MAG Decision Letter)
- 200 Ontario Street, Elliot Lake (Risk Assessment, Verification Checklist, MAG MAG Decision Letter)
- 140 Government Road East, Kirkland Lake (Risk Assessment, Verification Checklist, MAG MAG Decision Letter)
- 67 King Street, Picton (Risk Assessment, Verification Checklist, MAG MAG Decision Letter)
