The OBA will be attending a stakeholder consultation with the Ontario Court of Justice to discuss your experiences with the modes of appearances for family proceedings in the OCJ, specifically,
- What is working well with the court’s mode of appearances, including conferences, motions, focused hearings, and trials.
- What is not working well with the court’s mode of appearances, including conferences, motions, focused hearings, and trials.
- How do litigants without technology engage in the court process.
