On July 31, 2023, The Ministry of the Attorney announced that it will be releasing additional enhancements to its Justice Services Online (JSO) platform. The following enhancements will be deployed on August 21, 2023:
- Merging the Family Claims Online (FCO) portal into the Family Submissions Online (FSO) portal. Divorce Applications (including simply or joint divorces) must be submitted through the FSO portal.
- Housekeeping changes such as highlighting messaging on the “Memo to Court Staff regarding a Submission” to increase user awareness of this feature.
