The Ontario Court of Justice has issued a Notice to the Profession and the Public on virtual criminal case management appearances in Brampton, beginning September 21, 2020. The Notice includes scheduling information and details on how to connect. It can be found here. Door notices will be posted at the Courthouse confirming that that until further notice, appearances in Case Management Court will be by remote appearance only, and providing the scheduling and connection information contained in the Notice to the Profession. Virtual criminal case management courts at other court locations are expected later in September.
