The new services, “Civil Submissions Online” and “Family Submissions Online,” will allow for the electronic submission of court documents at every step in a case for new or existing:
Court filing fees can be paid online securely by debit or credit card, and individuals may use the system to request a fee waiver certificate or submit documents with an existing fee waiver certificate. Parties are encouraged to use the new civil and family law filing services in order to avoid in-person attendance at Ontario courthouses where possible.
