On August 5, 2020, the Justice Services Online platform will expand, allowing the online submission of nearly 400 more types of civil and family law court documents. The new services, “Civil Submissions Online” and “Family Submissions Online,” will allow for the electronic submission of court documents at every step in a case for new or existing:

On August 5, 2020, the Justice Services Online platform will expand, allowing the online submission of nearly 400 more types of civil and family law court documents. The new services, “Civil Submissions Online” and “Family Submissions Online,” will allow for the electronic submission of court documents at every step in a case for new or existing:

Court filing fees can be paid online securely by debit or credit card, and individuals may use the system to request a fee waiver certificate or submit documents with an existing fee waiver certificate. Parties are encouraged to use the new civil and family law filing services in order to avoid in-person attendance at Ontario courthouses where possible.
