The Court of Appeal expects to return to in-person appeal proceedings on April 4. For the spring term, it plans to allow counsel to attend in-person or by Zoom, as it did last fall when it briefly returned to in-person proceedings. Single judge motions would continue to be conducted fully by Zoom.
In the coming weeks the Court will be releasing a revised COVID-19 practice direction as well as a revised in-person protocol and a revised counsel slip to reflect the planned changes.
