The Ministry of the Attorney will be hosting 6 regional Justice Services Online (JSO) User Feedback Sessions, together with the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice and Federation of Ontario Law Associations. The virtual, one-hour sessions are designed for lawyers and legal support staff, who have used JSO to file court documents and have questions, suggestions, or other feedback about the portals. They are being offered as part of ongoing efforts to improve the delivery of online services and to address challenges experienced by users. Members of the judiciary will be in attendance at the sessions, which will be hosted on Zoom.
The sessions will be taking place between March 27-April 6, 2023. Attendees can register for a session through the Zoom links provided in the attached posters and are invited to send feedback or questions in advance of the sessions at the email address identified in the posters.
