SCJ: Northwest Region - Changes to Regional Motions in Civil and Family Matters; Pre-Trials and Early Resolution Conferences in Civil Proceedings

Regional Senior Justice Warkentin issued a notice to the profession today. The notice addresses:

1. Requirement to upload motion materials - As of November 3, 2022, no motions will be heard if they are not uploaded to CaseLines without obtaining advance (a minimum of 2 days) authorization from the hearing judge.
2. Pre-resolution conferences in the northwest region.
