The Office of the Children’s Lawyer Personal Rights, Clinical Department, has advised that it will now be offering Voice of the Child Reports (VOC), throughout the Province of Ontario. In addition, the OCL advises it has re-launched the Focused Children’s Lawyer Report (FCLR) as another service to offer the courts.
