It is with sadness that we note the passing of Ontario Bar Association member Martha Mackinnon on January 8, 2016 after a long battle with Cancer. Martha joined the OBA in 1983 during her legal studies at UofT. She was an active member serving on several committees, a Board member as Chair of Professional Development and led the process that resulted in OBA’s enhanced CPD project. Martha was recognised in 2013 with the OBA’s award for Distinguished Service. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
