In order to assist charities that find themselves in a dire financial situation as the result of COVID19, the Public Guardian and Trustee (PGT) has drafted temporary guidelines to allow charities to access restricted funds in order to stay solvent. Please find the Public Guardian and Trustee's guidelines for accessing restricted funds prior to obtaining a Court order during the pandemic here. Please note, it will be necessary for the charity to obtain a Court order after the pandemic has subsided.
