Responsibilities
- Independently manage plaintiff cases, collaborating with law clerks/paralegals to ensure timely and fair resolutions.
- Conduct client meetings and oversee case development from inception to trial.
- Strategically plan cases quarterly to ensure readiness for resolution.
- Maintain weekly targets for settlements to uphold client satisfaction and firm revenue.
- Drive case progression weekly, prioritizing fair settlements for all clients.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to law clerks/paralegals effectively.
- Collaborate with associates and firm owners to develop case strategies.
- Continuously engage in legal education and professional development to enhance litigation skills.
