Articling Student, 2025-2026
De Bousquet PC, Barristers and Solicitors is looking for Articling Students for the 2025-2026 term.
The ideal start date would be the third week of August 2025. The position involves attending court, performing legal research, drafting legal materials, assisting with client interviews and witness preparation, assisting with trials and other court proceedings.
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Completion of the prerequisites required to participate in the Law Society of Ontario Articling Program
- Demonstrated interest and competency in Civil Litigation, Employment Law and Administrative Law
- A driver’s license
- Superb interpersonal and analytical skills
- Self-starter with a proven ability to work within a team and take direction, as well as working independently
