The following enhancements to the Justice Services Online (JSO) platform will be deployed on August 21, 2023:
- Merging the Family Claims Online (FCO) portal into the Family Submissions Online (FSO) portal. Filers will still be able to file divorce applications on the JSO platform, including simple or joint divorces, however, they must be submitted through the FSO portal.
- Housekeeping changes such as highlighting messaging on the “Memo to Court Staff regarding a Submission” to increase user awareness of this feature.
The Ontario Bar Association meets regularly with the Ministry of Attorney General, Court Services Division, to offer observations and solutions to improve E-Filing and CaseLines (Case Centre). Many of these solutions come from you - our members who are on the frontline of practice - including increasing awareness of the “Memo to Court Staff” feature.
