Kelly Rodrigues
Biography
Kelly completed her legal education at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University with a specialization in Business Law. Upon graduation, Kelly was awarded the Gowling WLG R.A. Smith Prize in Advocacy. Kelly joined the Region of Durham’s Legal Services team as an articling student in 2021 where she continues to work as a Solicitor. Kelly’s practice is focused on Labour and Employment Law. She provides legal advice and representation on a wide range of matters, including grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, labour disputes, occupational health and safety, human rights and accommodations, and workplace safety and insurance matters.
Kevin M. Brown
Biography
Kevin is general counsel for the Office of the Worker Adviser. An agency of the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training, and Skills Development, the OWA provides free legal services to injured workers, survivors, and workers who have experienced reprisals under the OHSA. He is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School.
