There is a new Notice to the Profession Regarding CaseLines in Criminal Matters for the Northwest Region. The Notice outlines that beginning March 15, 2021, CaseLines will be extended to criminal matters in the region. The Notice also outlines what materials are not to be uploaded to CaseLines as well as lists new responsibilities for Crown and defence counsel with regards to CaseLines.
