Ontario Business Registry Urgent Filings: Acknowledgement Emails Now Available

In the past, you may have sent an urgent filing to the Ontario Business Registry (OBR) team and wondered whether it was delivered successfully. Starting May 1, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt when you submit an urgent filing request to the OBR team.

Please note that not all filings will be considered urgent. For information on urgent filings and how requests are submitted and assessed, refer to the Urgent OBR Filings section of the OBR Filing Support Guide.
