There is a new Notice to the Profession Regarding the Filing of Court Documents for the Southwest Region. The Notice outlines how parties are to file documents in criminal, civil and family law matters. For most civil and family law matters, parties are to use the Civil Submissions Online, Small Claims Online and Family Submissions Online portals. The Court will only accept filings by e-mail in a specific set of circumstances as outlined by the Notice. For more information please see the Notice.
