Effective September 28, 2026, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO) is introducing a new, easier and accessible way to fill out its application and response forms:
The new easy-fill forms are built on a modern, accessible, and user-friendly web-based platform that guides parties through each section of the form and automatically saves their information at every step. Once the user completes the form, the easy-fill platform prompts the user to download it as an accessible PDF. The form can then be submitted to the HRTO by email, mail, or courier.
PDF versions of the Application and Response forms remain available upon request from the HRTO at HRTO.Registrar@ontario.ca and can be filled out electronically or printed and completed by hand.
