On January 1, 2021 a new regulation to amend the Rules of Civil Procedure will come into force. The regulation establishes new electronic processes in civil court proceedings through amendments to 48 rules and 46 forms and creates 3 new rules and 1 new form. The electronic processes established in the regulation relate to electronic signatures, teleconference/video conference hearings, electronic issuance of court documents, electronic document sharing, remote commissioning, electronic service as well as other electronic processes.
