Canadian Lawyer magazine has released its 6th Annual Top 25 list of Canada’s 25 Most Influential Lawyers, and the OBA is extremely proud that its President, Orlando Da Silva, has been recognized among the top 5 lawyers included in the Government/Non-Profit/Associations category.

The Ministry of Government and Consumer Services (MGCS) is currently seeking feedback on priorities and recommendations for reform of Ontario's corporate and commercial legislation.

The OBA welcomes the 2015-2016 Workers' Compensation Law Section Executive. The new executives assume their roles on August 15th, 2015. The Workers' Compensation Law executive is responsible for facilitating learning, advocacy and networking on behalf of the Workers' Compensation Law section.
