he Court of Appeal decision in MacIssac v. Salo answers the question of whether the court has the power to rectify Land Titles parcels where an error exists in the legal description of the property or an interest in the property. This case is of fundamental importance to real property lawyers.

The integrity of the Land Titles System, how lawyers should change their practices, their opinions and their title reviews, the role of surveys, and title insurance and the indefeasibility of title will be considered.
