The concise submission argues that the Condominium Authority Tribunal should be given some discretion in the way that it will make its orders available to the public, with regard to balancing openness and the privacy of individuals.

The OBA provided a submission to the legislative committee considering Bill 84, Medical Assistance in Dying Statute Law Amendment Act, 2017. The Bill amends six acts in response to the Federal Criminal Code amendments and relevant case law dealing with medical assistance in dying ("MAID").
