Following up on Bill C-25, the Pooled Registered Pension Plans Act, the federal government has released Pooled Registered Pension Plan Regulations for comment.

ON - Regulations re Letters of Credit
The Ontario government has posted a paper setting out the proposed regulatory framework for letters of credit, as provided for in Bill 120. Comments are due by August 31, 2012.
