On Tuesday, September 17, 2013, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources David O’Toole spoke to a rapt audience at a dinner at the OBA where he discussed matters ranging from the Ring of Fire to recent initiatives at the Ministry of Natural Resources. Margaret MacDonald, chair of the Natural Resources and Energy Section, introduced the Deputy Minister who, after his formal remarks, had time to step out from behind the podium and address questions from the audience. The event was enjoyed by all and provided an auspicious start for the 2013-2014 season of the Natural Resources and Energy Section.
