The OBA wrote to the Law Society to reiterate the OBA’s unequivocal support for the CFRL Report and to identify failures to date in the implementation of the requirement for a Statement of Principles

The OBA welcomes the opportunity to make comments relating to Bill 139, the Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017, and in particular regarding the proposed Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
