The OBA's Municipal Law Section is pleased to announce Mary Ellen Bench as the recipient of its 2019 OBA Award of Excellence in Municipal Law.
Ms. Bench will be honoured at a dinner on Monday, June 17th at The Royal Canadian Military Institute in Toronto.
