The Accountant of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice is now located on the 8th floor of 595 Bay Street in Toronto. The store front office located on the north side of Dundas Street is now closed, therefore, lawyers need to bring their security and fiats to the 8th floor for processing.

Standard Provision For Orders Vacating Liens

The following is the wording for the standard provision included in all orders vacating liens. This is the direction required by Land Registry Offices to vacate a lien. Some Courts have this language available on a stamp, however, some require that the language be included in the draft order.
