In an interview with Law Times, David Sterns says pushing for court reform and the digitization of the courts will be at the top of his agenda during his term as OBA president.

In a recent Canadian Press article on new Attorney General Yasir Naqvi’s intent to modernize the justice system, OBA President David Sterns is quoted on the use of technology in the courts.

In accordance with the OBA By-law, all members are hereby advised that the OBA annual meeting is scheduled to take place on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 7 p.m.

The OBA congratulates the Honourable Michael G. March on his recent appointment to the Ontario Court of Justice.
