Compensation and Human Resources

The Compensation and Human Resources Committee shall be a Board Committee of the OBA with responsibility for providing advice to the Board and/or the Executive Director on employee compensation and human resources policy, including, but not limited to, the following:

  1. the annual budgeted target for a combined performance/cost of living compensation increase for OBA staff;
  2. any proposed bonus payments to staff;
  3. employee terminations, where appropriate; and
  4. revisions to the OBA Employee Manual, where appropriate.
