Ontario’s first Access to Justice Week marks an opportunity for members of the legal profession to advance access to justice conversations, awareness and solutions alongside other access to justice advocates.

In a recent Canadian Press article on new Attorney General Yasir Naqvi’s intent to modernize the justice system, OBA President David Sterns is quoted on the use of technology in the courts.

In accordance with the OBA By-law, all members are hereby advised that the OBA annual meeting is scheduled to take place on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 7 p.m.

The OBA congratulates the Honourable Michael G. March on his recent appointment to the Ontario Court of Justice.

The Ontario Bar Association congratulates those voted to Canadian Lawyer’s Top 25 Most Influential list for 2016, including the several OBA members honoured.
