Position Overview: As a Family Lawyer at our firm, you will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing expert legal advice and representation, while navigating complex family law matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Family Lawyer
- Licensed to practice law in Ontario
- Strong knowledge of family law legislation and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of successful case outcomes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of family law matters from inception to resolution
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and attend court proceedings
- Collaborate with other lawyers and staff to achieve optimal client outcomes
